SIZE: Brim circumference: 17.5” (44.5 cm);
depth: 7.5” (19 cm)
Intended to be worn with 2–4” (5–10 cm) negative ease.

Purchase pattern on Ravelry: Norrland by Sara Huntington Burch and PRINT
240 yds each in 2 colors – Sport Wt yarn [nothing skinnier than Mad Tosh Sock]
US 3/ 3.25 mm, 16” (40 cm) circular needle,, or size required to obtain gauge
US 3/ 3.25 mm needle(s) in preferred style for small circumference knitting in the round
US 1/ 2.25 mm, 16” circular needle (size will change if main needle size changes)
Stitch markers
Cable needle
Waste yarn
Bent tip tapestry needle
GAUGE: 28 sts and 40 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette stitch knit in the round after blocking
Cast on and knit ribbing for hat. So you’re ready to begin the color work. If you’re looking at the picture: finish the white ribbed section and be ready to begin the blue section.
