Yarn in its original condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit - with a receipt - within 30 days.
Yarn must be in unused condition, must still have the label/packaging in place, and can not be wound to be eligible for return.
Return shipping is not provided.
Bags, needles, fabric and other items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please also note that Sale items are not eligible for return, and shipping costs can not be refunded.
