BMYS uses recycled/reusable shipping materials when possible.
Our orders are typically shipped in a protective sleeve and shipping bag that are made from recycled materials.
However, we may still use more traditional packing/shipping materials when needed.
We now offer FREE domestic shipping on orders over $150!
Our Free Shipping option will utilize economy shipping, so orders may take longer to arrive.
Shipping costs are a flat fee of $10 for Domestic orders under $150.
For domestic orders under $150, we offer Priority Shipping.
For all of our shipping options, we will wrap your yarn in a protective bag for shipping to protect your items from the elements.
We love that Priority Shipping has tracking and insurance included, but we also wanted to offer a Free Shipping option as well.
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, simply choose “Pick up” in the shipping section when completing your purchase. Please be sure to include your phone number and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
All international orders will be sent a shipping invoice prior to completing the order.
Once you have paid your international shipping inovice, your order will be completed and shipped USPS International Priority Mail Flat Rate, or whichever option you choose.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
The customer assumes responsibility for any mistakes made when entering the shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
You must work with the shipper directly to resolve any issues with lost or stolen packages.
